Say hello to our brand new EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE Gin Forage in partnership with Bar Ikigai in Stirchley.
Meet up at Bar Ikigai 1266 Pershore Road, B30 2XU.
SUNDAY 28th JULY 2024 @ 12 Noon
First we will go for a foraging walk around the Stirchley area looking for our essential wild ingredients for the perfect wild gin infusion. We will be looking at seasonal fruits, seeds and herbs in the local area (what we find will vary depending on the season).
We will harvest a sample of up to 4 of our favourite wild components and take them back to bar Ikigai to prepare them for infusing to make our special gin compounds.
Before we begin infusing, you’ll get the chance to try the range for yourself and see which you like best. Sampling can be as is or using our complimentary tonics and garnishes. You’ll then make up your own gin infusion (called compounding gin) in our 200ml gin flask bottles to take home with you.
To top off the evening, you will be provided with a complimentary wild Gin cocktail crafted exclusively for this event by bar Ikegai. After which you are welcome to stay and peruse the Ikigai Menu (at usual prices).
Be prepared to drink a lot of gin! Please DO NOT DRIVE to this course, ensure you make alternative transport arrangements.
