Description
Would you like to know how to butcher your own deer? Fancy stocking up the meat freezer while you are at it?
This private day course takes you through the whole process of deer butchery from skinning the deer to sectioning the meat and then making the cuts.
When you have finished your butchery we will fry up some of the prime fillet for you to taste for your hard work on the job while we package up the rest of your deer ready for you to take home.
This course fee covers the cost of the deer as well as the course itself and all packaging materials included so it’s all yours to take home with you when you are done.
This course can either be a private 1-2-1 learning experience (Stirchley), or a group of up to 4 people (Highley).
Each person would get a muntjac deer to prepare.
The course can be run either with Ethical Game in Stirchley or with Wild Wolf Survival in Highley.
