Are you a local community group, organisation, friends group, charity or just someone with access to land and an interest in learning more? If you are not sure what bats you have on your site and you want to find out more we can help.
We will walk through your site and record the bat species present and provide you with a written document afterwards so you know what you’ve got on site at that time. Bats are a protected species so knowing what bats are on your site could be vital to the work you do there.
We will also create a google map of the Bats found and where. Each bat has it’s own preferred habitat so it’s important when considering your woodland management plan, community projects and maintenance in the future.
For a more complete idea of the species present on your site we recommend multiple walks. Walks will be conducted ideally in May.
Please note this is not an official survey for building programmes and corporations. This is for community use only.
Your site must be within the Birmingham area or we may charge an additional travel fee.
